Kenwood Pakistan Return Policy
We accept returns only for orders placed directly through Kenwood Pakistan’s official website. Kenwood Pakistan Returns for products purchased from other online stores or retail outlets in Pakistan cannot be processed. Customers may return an order at the time of delivery only if the product is:

Damaged
- The product is visibly damaged upon delivery.

Incorrect
- The item delivered does not match the order, such as differences in model, color, or size, or if there are missing items or parts in the package.

Defective
- The product is not functioning as specified by the manufacturer.
How to Initiate a Return

Important Return Guidelines
- Product Inspection: Customers must inspect the product upon delivery. If the product is found damaged, it must be returned immediately to the courier. Do not accept the delivery.
- Acceptance of Delivery: Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the product has been received in new and excellent condition.
- Proof of Purchase: Returns must include proof of purchase, such as the order invoice number and receipt.
- Condition of the Product: The item must be returned in its original packaging or suitably packed to prevent damage during return transit.
- Return Window: Damaged products must be returned within three days of delivery.
- Return Delivery Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Refunds and Replacements
If the return meets all the specified conditions, we will either:
- Issue a refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Provide a replacement unit.
If the return does not qualify, we will notify you and arrange to send the item back. In such cases, a delivery fee will apply.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Panel breakage
- Electrical sparks
- Burnt components
We reserve the right to reject returns, exchanges, or refunds that do not meet our criteria or are deemed unreasonable.
